What is Community Access Support?
Community Access Support is designed for people with disabilities who would like assistance to engage with the world around them. Whether it’s joining a local group, heading out for a walk, attending events, or learning new skills, our team is here to provide practical and emotional support every step of the way.
We offer flexible, one-on-one and group-based supports that focus on your individual goals, interests, and abilities. From beach walks and markets to appointments,
shopping, or cult
What We Offer
- Support to attend recreational activities (e.g. arts, sports, community festivals)
- Assistance with shopping, appointments, or errands
- Transport support for safe travel to and from outings
- Help joining social groups and community events
